Process Support

All policies and audits are processed out of our Charlotte, NC office by a team of experienced underwriting and premium audit support staff led by technical experts in every line of business. We are committed to delivering the highest quality products to you in a timely manner.

Our actual performance for 2008 included:

• Issuing and mailing 99% of our policies to our producers within 40 days of the effective date
• Processing and billing audits to our producers 78 days (on average) following the policy expiration
• An error ratio of less than 5% on produced policies
