All policies and audits are processed out of our Charlotte, NC office by a team of experienced underwriting, premium audit, and quality control support staff led by technical experts in every line of business. We are committed to delivering the highest quality products to you in a timely manner.
Our actual performance for 2010 included:
- Issuing 95% of our policies within 30 days of the effective date
- Processing and billing audits to our producers 65 days (on average) following the policy expiration
